Upon order receipt, please allow 2-4 business days to process before item is shipped.
all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail or ups ground and are generally delivered in 3-5 days domestically.
International Shipping is offered only upon request. please email me at hello@yuezhou.studio with the product you’re interested in.
Returns/damages
all sales are final.
If you should receive your shipment damaged please contact me with a photo of the item within 2 days to allow for insurance claims to be filed. replacement or refund will be made based on availability.
